its a 24v with a 215 p7100 idk what kind of cam just know its a street cam. i dont think it matters what my motor has done to it to assist in determining if i need heavier valve springs or not. at what point should you need 110# springs? how many rpm is safe for stock springs? how far have people taken retorqued stock head bolts? ive heard if cranked to 125 or 135 people have gotten away with decent boost levels and some people swear by stock headbolts retorqued. so... lets focus on that stuff

Spend the 300 and get em. Over torque stock head bolts and be good, or buy studs.

To answer your question, yes you can use stock bolts. There is the "Garmon method" that usually has good results. Some people like it, others just use studs. Anything approaching or exceeding 1000 hp, I would skip straight to 625's.

Cam and springs, it really does depend on the rest of the engine and what you're doing with it.
 
only lookin to make like 450-500 hp. and ill contemplate this whole uploading pictures of my seats thing, they are pretty sweet. cept they got some other dudes last name stitched in em lol
