If this answer's your question. The diff between the 5.9L and the 6.7L is Bore size. I don't think changing the stroke to rod ratio is needed to go bigger in displacement. Clearancing the block and quite a bit of machining would be necessary, not to mention custom rods.$.02

Cummins have made two type of 6.7 engines :
1, same bore as 5.9 but more stroke (and even 12V :evil )
2. bigger bore than 5.9 but same stroke
