I need to do something so I can get all the potential out of my silver bullet. I have it gated down to 45psi right now for fear of blowing the HG.

What would yall recommend? I was originally gonna to o-rings and studs. But I have seen where some guys just put studs in and run their trucks up to 80psi+ with good results. My truck prolly wont see much over 60.

Question 2: If I do just do studs, should I go for the 625s or will the regular studs be fine?

I am planing to try Cometic MLS(coated Multi Layer Steel) head gasket studed with some ARP studs in my 1994 Ram which is waiting for a S300/K31 twins.

think you are pushing it now at 45 psi stock

studs will prolly add another 5 or 10 psi safty factor (depending on the condition of your gasket)

if you want to run 60 psi you really oughta look into fire rings or o-rings

would not consider spending 1000 bucks on bolts unless i was involved in all out competition

380 is bad enough considering the motor only has one head

think thats what w/d is on the 220k# studs
