Suncoast converter identification

Can somebody identify this suncoast converter?

Many years ago (approx 2015) I brought it from CompD memeber (Caleb Baxer) , as much I remember it was high stall

Any idea how much the stall might be?

Could those numbers be 48(re)26(hundred rpm) and 3d(triple disc)?
