Superduty cab access holes

Hey guys, Im trying to run my CB antenna wire through my holes in the rear of the cab, they up to the bed rail right behind the cab if that makes sense. My question is though, how do I get to those holes from inside? :thankyou2:

Obviously your going to have to remove some interior trim. Under the edge molding is where I’ve ran CB wires before. On my last two trucks I mounted the antenna on the front left fender just in front of the windshield. It made for a very clean looking mount. It uses an upside down L-shape bracket that goes between the hood and the fender.

i think youre referring to the vent holes?
just pull back the carpet on the back wall and you should be able to see them. i dont know that the coax end will fit thru without drilling them tho
