Surge under load

Hello I got a 2000 dodge 2500 ext cab short bed with the edge juice and 250hp injectors, and when ever I get into it around 55 when the convertor is locked up it surges real bad I just installed a air dog 150 and put in a goerend covertor and valve bodie and it still does it. I'am not sure if its in the trans or the edge is making it do it. Thanks
 
Ya that was the next thing I was going to try and see what happend I also have a check engine light come on when it starts surging and I keep getting codes for high intake air temps.
 
Do you have a larger than stock turbo on it? 250's with a35 is a lot, also you cab pull the iat and clean it that may help
 
no I still have the stock turbo on it...I know I made a big mistake on the injectors I should of just went with 150's Ill try and clean the sensor off and see what happens. Just trying to get the truck ready for sled pulling season and would like to put it on the dyno but I need wot to do any of that
 
Well I took the truck out today and turned the edge off and the surge stopped as soon as I put it on level 1 and got into it. It started to surge real bad guess Iam going to have to call Edge and see whats going on. Kinda wish I didnt sell my Ford 6.0 now ha ha
