I am guessing at what is happening with some surge while driving anywhere from 45-60.. The rail pressure gauge stays pretty steady, but when it it happening, my EGT gauges is fluttering some going up and down about 200 deg. . I am thinking that a posible loose connection may have caused this, and the jerking of the truck was exposing it. Either way, I am disconnecting the pressure box, to give some drive time, then I may unload the smarty to see if any of this has an impact on it. We shall see.
The other question is that I changed the turbo to a S300 62-71-14, and went back to the local 1/8th mile.. Ran the same exact numbers as I did with the stock turbo, and I'm thinking to myself.. wtf? I know the butt dyno believes it pulls harder but man that was dissapointing. I may be out of fuel here but it seems that there are a lot of these same trucks making plenty of power with stock injectors. I do have a Fass95 and an Arson kit, but still wondering wtf is going on here with a lack of go. I am extending my fuel pressure gauge from under the hood to the cowl so I can watch for presure drop as well. Rail Pressure seems to maintain 19 to 20k.
Times were 8.7 @ 84 with a 2.0 60' ... Smarty TNT at sw7, tq4, timing 2. Also tried SW9 with no real noted change.

Thanks for the info Bob... and I will probably update, but, I don't believe the Smarty is the route cause of this since I have been running it for almost a year now without any problems.
On another note, I watched the rail pressure a few more times during some hard blasts down the road, and I have seen it drop to as low as 16k.. No good.
