I'm looking to building my 07 5.9 into a fun daily driver and weekend fun at the track. 800-850hp is my goal and I don't tow much but a sxs. I can't decide between the two to choose from.

S467 at least. Don't bank on an s300 living long getting abused like that. They can but it is much easier on an S400 chassis.

i have no experience with a 369sxe, but the 467.7 is a great turbo that spools quick and pulls hard. What have you done to the truck already? What fuel mods you plan on?

IMO, you're not going to have a fun daily driver at 850hp unless you do compounds.

If you're against compounds, you're going to want a high stall converter, and probably a manual valve body so you can drive int he rpms.

I know the 467.7 flows well, but does it reach 850hp worth of air? That seems like a lot for a stock fmw charger.

havnt dyno'd mine yet but it feels to be right around 800hp, very good turbo for makin good power

Would the 1.0 housing yield better numbers with bigger injectors (150%)? I know dp would be better...

I'm running 175% injectors on a S369 and love it. I just pulled off a bullseye S475 that I dynoed 1260hp. I havnt been hard on it yet because I just got the parts to put on a back pressure gauge.

1.0 T4 I've only ran it up to level 3 of my efi live tunes. Level 3 dunked 860hp with the 75mm. The S369 is like a super charger, its building boost off idle! I only push it to 40psi until I get a back pressure gauge.

I also have a pretty healthy motor with a big cam,and fly cuts

For fuel I'll do dual pumps with 100% over injectors. Where's a good place to buy the 369?

Sorry OP, my question was directed at Jake.......Jake, dual pumps I'm guessing?

Yes, I.blew a stage 3 pump so went to dual stock pumps. I will be pulling one off and swapping in 100hp nozzles I have over the winter. It's been a blast, but at the end of the day I need it for work and towing. I tow my tractor and small dozer together on a gooseneck at 25,000 pounds. I have to watch the pedal with these injectors for egts.

I can't get photos to upload, it says they are to big

Man, our 12v's must suck at making HP if CR's are seeing 800+ out of the S467's that flow 91 lbs/min max.

We're lucky to see 650 HP out of the 369sxe on our 12v test mule and the 369sxe flows 98 lbs/min max.

When we size turbos for customers, the rule of thumb we use is 7 horsepower per LB of air moved on the compressor map for 12v cummins w/12mm pumps and 8 horsepower per LB of air moved for common rail trucks.

With our formula, you'd get 728 RWHP potential for a CR with a 467 and 784 RWHP for a CR with a 369SX-E.

Similarly, you'd get 637 RWHP potential for a 12v with a 467 and 686 RWHP for a 12v with a 369SX-E.

Here's a video from some of our dyno testing: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94j-YROdRvA"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94j-YROdRvA[/ame]
