What size exhaust outlet?

It is like 4-3/8"s or 4-1/2" it is bigger than the Hx-40 DP but Weston just sent me the flange the weld to the hx-40 DP to make it work.

I'm thinking about upgrading to the BD R700's but I'm wondering If I could make an S400 that will work cheaper. Would that be a good housing for a primary?
