t-case shift knob help

I am trying to find a shift knob to finish off a full custom build. I need one that is 4L-N-2H-4H which I know is the same pattern as the 3rd gens. I am looking for something billet or just cool but I want the shift pattern in it. the truck is an auto with a polished B&M t handled ratchet shifter. what are you guys running???
