t3-t4 gate plate

I'm looking to mount a T4 foot turbo on a T3 manifold requiring an adapter flange, but I was also wondering if there is any manufacturer out there that makes an adapter plate that doubles as an external wastegate plate. I stumbled across a 66 precision comp gate. Thanks for all of your resources on here.
