T4 foot measurements?

What are the measurements of a T4 foot. I have a gasket but I want to make sure it is the right one before i use it to get new flanges cut out.

I have a T4 gasket here. It measures 3.375"x2.750". Thats measuring from center of hole to center of hole. The gasket itself is 3.6"x4.15"

I have stainless elbows. The rest is up to my brother since he is the welder, I am just doing the design and fab.
