just went thru this. cleaned all the grounds . even went the extra mile and dielec greased all the conn...month later..same crap

does anyone think that a lockup controller might help this..cuz ill buy one today...im wearing out the battery terminals on this truck

Try the noise filter first, or just get a tranny controller and be much happier all around

Try wrapping the black and tan wire going from the alternator to the passenger battery in aluminum foil. That trick worked on mine. If not then try buying a noise filter from DTT. That helps to.

i did the fiol thing awhile ago. bd diesel sells a noise kit hes gonna send me fer free so im gonna try it. hopefully it will solve my probs cuz itll be a stick conversion next time
