TDC help

Apologizing in advance for going full retard. Basically disassembled most of the valve train and took out injectors. Then rotated the engine a couple times to do Valvesprings, and lost top dead center. Obviously could only be one of the two TDC's that the dampener shows me. Any help would be appreciated

Watch the number 3 cylinders intake valve. When the intake valve on 3 is full open, spring compressed. There's TDC #1.

Role the engine over until #1intake valve closes then that mark right after is tdc.
