I have a gray 1998 Dogde 12v it has 90hp injectors an #10 fuel plate i also have 550hp clutch..but im wanting to know wat should i do to make my truck make around 500 hp an how much would it cost an would it still be good for towing?

Get a 64mm turbo and a #4 plate and you should be right in there at 500 or so.
