whats the reasoning for it in the first place? if someone new has a question, but aren't knowledgable enough to make 10 decent posts on other peoples threads they're kinda screwed..because when they ask a dumb question they get yelled at or when they make a totally wrong comment they get made fun of...

1. So they dont come on here asking how to change oil and what superchip program to use.

2. So they dont use this as a place to sell parts and that only.
