The truck is spooling slow and boost is down. I'm running a s362 over a s475. Max boost use to be 90s, now it's 70s. I have pressure tested the cold and hot side, everything is OK. I'm getting over 30psi out of the primary, but less than 15psi out of the secondary, even with hose pinched off. The actuator is adjusted right, and working fine. The flapper arm is working OK too. I'm thinking that it's leaking around the flappers, but can't think of a way of pressure testing it on the truck. Anybody have an idea, or am I going to have to pull it off?

No need for input. I pulled the wastegate cover and start looking around with a mirror. It turns out that the wastegate arm had bent back at 45degrees, and the pucks weren't covering the ports by more than a quarter inch.

It must have happened around the same time that I blew the intercooler.
