Heres a pull from last weekend. My last pull was a 8000lbs exhibition. I think the sled was set a bit heavy. Only 246 ft and broken spider gears. I let my brother pull for the heck of it. Oh well, time for a Detroit...First pull was 346.7ft. Thought I did alright. Need more upper rpm fuel though.

Let me know what sort of deals you get on that Detriot. I may be in the market for one pretty soon myself. Sounded like you almost fell below the charger on that first hook, how much boost are you leaving with? Otherwise, when she finally lit, she lit and went. Looks like you're cleaning up your fuel nicely.

I left with about 30psi, I pulled the AFC foot out just to see what happens and I think it was too much fuelo too soon. Will have to put it back in because that has never happened before. That was 4th gear too. I think I need more rpms and fuel....

As far as the Detroit goes, the 4.10 for a D80 is on national backorder, but a few people have the D70HD units available that will fit too...
