No probs till a head cracked at 137k. Doug (PSDPlayer) has an early one too.

I got an 09/04 build truck and haven't had any major problems *knock on wood* only at 82k though currently.

Born on 12/04 & ~65K with minimum problems per OASIS report for previous owner, none for me . . . knock on wood
edit forgot ficm failed @ 63K replaced under warranty

Best run of all the 6.0's. Lifting the heads is the big problem, but some are not affected as easy as others for some reason.

Mine is born 12/04 (2005 MY) /w 52k miles. Extremely satisfied. We don't have a MAF sensor for our strategy....I think that's a good thing.
