cruisin down the highway last night in overdrive, roll on the throttle watch the boost go up to about 40lbs (normal) and i hear POP no more boost... check all the boots there fine.. drive to my bro's house and get a light....the right side tank on the intercooler popped off the cooler itself... :eek: there was some type of orange gasket where it seperated at...anyone else ever trash an intercooler like this?
 
Wow!! I don't think I have ever heard of someone blowing the end tank off. (not saying it hasn't happened, just never heard of it before)
What have you done to see 40 psi? Stock turbo? That sounds high
 
or you can call doug at GoGoDiesel.com and get a City Diesel and get the same results

just studs, fire ring, injectors, regulated fuel system, intake , exhaust and sct tunes from tadd, tune is adjusted to the xtra fuel capability and studs...

it rips!
