I'm running one of the s300g wastegated cat turbos. Inducer is a 63 and ex housing is a .8 I believe not sure the exducer size. My injector are supposed to be 150's I got used from here. They are an 8hole set at 290. This thing runs at 1200* pretty much constantly when pulling my trailer loaded. Cruising speed its about 5-7psi boost and full throttle I'll see up to 40psi. Has manual spring gate setup. Truck has almost no smoke which is good but runs way to hot it will go well over 1200 if I don't let off. I'm not sure if my turbo is just too big for my injectors or if the 8 hole injectors are causing an issue running hot. Poor fuel mileage also. 8 loaded 14 unloaded highway. I'm not conserned with tire frying HP but want good torque for pulling hills towing and definitely cooler temp. Any insight would be good. #5 plate and 4k as well. Had .087 lines stock size on order now.

What's your timing set at?
And a diaphragm style actuator for the gate would be a better choice if you can find one to run,and fit

17* was at 19 and 21 before and didn't seem to give much relief other than less lope at idle the lower I brought it.

285's, 3.73 5spd automatic trans. Pretty much anything above 35mph lower rpms up to 2500. 2500+ usually holds around 1100-1200 with motor reving good. Maintaining any speed is usually 1100-1200 and sometimes higher.

Brand new airdogg 150 with 40psi spring and torx tec 40 overflow orifice.

I should add it seems low on power from what I would expect with what modifications are done

Stock timing on a 24v is around 24*. I would go to at least that or a bit more
