18x1.5mm if you are talking about the front fuel feed allen plug...
what are you going to use as a regulator to keep pressure in the pump?
i was looking at mine and noticed that the front plug is a lot higher than the ofv port
that might be a good thing...
if not at least its in the front
i doubt cummins ever pictured our trucks accelerating anywheres near as hard as they do

The highest point is the best to return from, bubbles and air rise.

thats what i was thinkin
why a bypass reg? those have one in and two outs. i was gonna put one of those in front of the ip. my lp is maxed out on kill, no more internal reg
whats behind the stock fuel inlet of the ip? isnt there another pump of sorts just inside the pump?
whats behind the stock fuel inlet of the ip? isnt there another pump of sorts just inside the pump?
than i dont need to regulate the pressure before the pump right?
just flow it right thru and reg only on the return
simple
and you dont need a expensive bypass reg to do that

ps - does make me wonder if the fuel circulating around inside the body causes cavitation, well, wrong word, but you know what i mean? pump would run cooler this way, over stock, and it would always be full of fuel, but i wonder if there are any negative affects of having the fuel flow thru the pump vs the stock way of basically dead heading it (the stock return is so small you can hardly consisder that a relief)
