TNT/R help

Hi Bob, I spoke with you yesterday over the phone about loading TNT/R on my truck. It says VIN locked please update. I tried pushing 9 and all the other buttons on the smarty but nothing changed. It even says vin locked when its hooked to my computer and not the pickup. I reloaded it yesterday but that didnt change anything what else should I try?

try loading the stock software, The 9 key trick should work. Why post in the forum and not a PM ?
