I didn't have Machs but I had 75hp injectors towed gooseneck camper the truck pull great anytime I pulled anything you should be fine I would tow with my edge on 5x5 to and never had any problems.
I towed with 120s for a while. I never had a problem. Being a standard will help you a ton. My brother has 150s with an auto. He has egt problems on hills.
With my drag comp, I tow on 1x2. That way I get some timing to get rid of smoke but not so much fuel to make it hot.
