At idle with truck off I read 2.83. At full throttle I read -3.28. Redline says to low. What's your suggestions? All threads on here with the same problems involving the redline box never had fixes that I found.

Wot should be between 4 and 5. Closer to 5 is better. I've had the same problem. Even with new tps never got over 4v. I had to modify the tps and bracket, and I get 4.3v wot now.

Edit: just realized this is for 24v. Im not sure if 24 ?apps? and 12v tps are the same setup.

did you try calibrating the sensor to the voltage on the label?

Ya I did calibrate it last year I wouldn't think it would have already moved but I will check this tomorrow and get back to you thank you for letting me know what it should be. One other quick question I'm assuming I have my meter leads backwards and at idle should it have a slight negative voltage?

no it should be a positive DC voltage. your leads are just backwards

Well if that's the case at idle if I get it to zero then full throtle would be 6.11volts. Is that going to tell me I have to high of a voltage?

it shouldnt be zero. there is a preset voltage on the label for idle position. usually around .4VDC

Well it was reading .456 at idle but it's suppose to be .488 Recailabrated it to .488 and it went away. For the record I was reading voltage between the blue and green wire when I was suppose to be reading voltage from blue to ground. Had a newbee moment LOL

Also talked to chip at blue chip diesel and he said at idle it should be right around .5 volts and at full throttle it should be between 3.5-3.7
