3/4" grade 8 bolts with nylock nuts

pipe. Ive made bout 15 sets like this, some much longer, havent had a single issue.

Wow I have seen schedule 80 pipe bend when used in the traction bar and it was 2" pipe with .20 or so wall thickness. My schedule 80 didn't bend but it flexed more than I was happy with. Granted mine were very long.

at 50" sched 40 pipe is stronger than the 3/4" heim

idiot pullers with bars bolted to the front bumpers will bend anything.

Think mine went to the back of the door on the extended cab. It would be one thing if it was DOM, is it seamless pipe, or just your regular welded pipe?
 
if anyone doubts the strength of the bars I will sleeve them so they are double butted for an extra $20 on the end price.
