TRADE? 98 12V 4X4 auto

Thinking about a trade...it's a 98 X-cab (NOT Quad) auto 200K on it SLT completely stock. Has typical crappy front end, needs tires pretty soon, headliner starting to sag in the back, has rust in the rockers. No goose/5th, seat not torn, int. good shape, body is straight as far as dents go. Looking for a QC/SB. Not at all interested in any thing else, and don't want to spend any big money either. I should note A 24V is perfectly fine as a trade. As for a price I guess enough to buy a QC/SB...not really selling straight out because of looking for a replacement/down time, and it seems every time you price one now a days every one tells ya how crazy you are and how it's not worth crap in this economy:blahblah1:
