Noticed the other day that my tranny coolent line is leaking. I checked all the auto parts stores around me and no one has a replacement. Is this a dealer product ? and what are some suggestions on replacing it cuz I know the line is probably pressurized. Its a 2003 2500

had the same issue on an 06. if you want a replacement might as well head to the stealership. I ended up just using a section of tranny hose. If your worried about pressure< use some push-lok or something of the sort. good luck

Is it the rubber lines or the steel lines?? I had a similar problem on my 01 but it was the steel lines..

did you read the thread I posted? that was my fix.

Just did. I was thinking of a similar way to fix it instead of buying a new hose. My idea was to just replace the rubber one with a fuel line like u did and just hose clamp each side. Not sure how fast tranny fluid is going to shoot out of that steel hose though

Well if you do it with the truck running its gonna spray pretty good! Motor off it will dribble a little.

Hope you get it fixed.
