tranny not shifting right ????? from a roll ,20k miles

i have a bullydog power pup @60% aggressive trans tune , afe stage 1 , and a 4 inch exhaust strait no cat no muffler , from a rolling race , i hold the brakes say 30mph ,boost it up and when it takes off it will shift up next gear then kick back down and not want to shift again unless you lift off
4x2 none limited slip one wheel wonder burn outs

also the truck runs slower when you boost it up rolling

than if your doing 30mph and just stab it to the floor this way feels so much faster
i'm thinking its going crazy because its burning up one tire ???? when it takes off from a 30mph roll fully boosted ????
any ideas

Mine did that a time or two....I have no idea why but it's freaky as hell when it happens.

got it fixed , at the end of the bully dog manual , it said how to make the problem go away , its like a learning curve for the tranny , i follow the steps and done deal , so far so good , lets hope it stays like that..
