tranny problems

I have a 96 dodge with an automatic trans. the problem i am having is while i was washing the engine compartment i thought i heard something pop, i paid no attn. to this i then took it for a drive and now my tranny wont go into overdrive until about 60 mph i even tried to lock it in manually with a lock up switch, didnt work. i am pretty sure it is electrical i am not an electricial genius by no means just wondering where i might have to look. any help would be great. Thank You.

When installing my lockup I fried a wire that allowed my 95 to go into OD. The computer hub is on the passenger side of the eng compartment on the firewall. You may need another computer. The trans shop guy told me he could get them for 350 bucks.
 
well i unplugged the tps and drove it up the road and it wouldnt shift into od at all plugged it in and it would at 60 mph so i guess i need to adjust it.?
