Tranny swap ?

I am working on getting my tranny parts all in line and wondered if it is o.k. to flush the cooler since my tranny is good, or should it be replaced regardless. How does the toilet paper filter perform? Should I put a new filter in it's place? Thanks.

The filter replacement should be good enough.....

Its a bypass filter. It only gets part of the fluid some of the time. Works like Sex Panther.
