The automatic in a 93 is the A518 (referred to in Dodge literature as A618 to distinguish the changes made to the trannies behind the diesel). It's a 727 with an overdrive gear added to it. I believe that overdrive is electronically controlled. Torque converters are non-lockup on all 1st gens. Lockup converters were added in 94. Manual trans is the Getrag G360 for all 1st gens.
