Trans issue

Hey everyone, I was driving to Indy this morning to pick up a couple parts and was rolling into the trottle and heard a pop and lost overdrive and I thought that was it until I stopped at the gas station and realized I also lost reverse. Truck still shift fine 1st-3rd. Any ideas before I rip it out would be great.
