I have a 06 lbz and I am looking to get my Trans built. I was thinking about suncoast but I’m not sure and what is a better torque converter a triple disc or five discs. One guy said triple because it is easier to move fluid through it rather than a five disc. Another guy said they fried a triple and went to a five disc and has had no problems. Any imputes?

Personal experience I have a suncoast 1057, as do many, many others. ATS is probably the only 5 disc if it even is one. Some people run them and love them but a few more will never go back to one.
Suncoast does me and a lot of the high HP guys a good job day in and day out. Precision Industried has a good converter too.(Make sure it's precision industries though and not just precision converters= they're chinese junk)

How far away are you from Garmon's Diesel ? I hear he has been doing some good things with the Allison.

just got my truck back today, happy so far but i haven't put a big tune to it yet, i got the stage 4 kit with a triple disc jeff says it will hold 600hp but who knows

If it's a stage IV then it should hold more than 600Hp...
