Trans? Transfer case? Clutch?

Last nite i did a third gear boosted launch (18-22 psi) for the first time in 4x4 got about 20' and BANG, i pushed in the clutch and stopped this thing was making bad noise i noticed it was not in 4x4 so i put in 2nd gear and proceeded home about 20 more feet it locks up and slides the tires so i take it out of gear let the clutch out and stalled the motor even with both the trans and the t-case in N, i messed around let out on the clutch and it freed up made in the drive way, now to disgusted to start tearin it apart:bang so any info out there on what parts to get lined up would be appreciated

Locked the back tires? Ring and pinion maybe?

Na, it is making all the noise in the front as hard as it locked it would have broke the U-joint
