transmission adaptor plate?

I just figured out that my new engine has an adaptor plate. I have never have had to deal with one of these before,, are they just pressure fit on, any tricks to taking them off, or is it just straight forward?

Just unbolts.

Sweet, the bolts must be on the inside? Have to clean the sludge out of there and look.

Yes the bolts are on the inside. They are tight, be careful when breaking them loose, I have a good scar from taking some out and when they broke loose I slammed my hand into the spacer.

Yup, I did the same thing...then grabbed an extension lol.
