Transmission question

I am building a drag/ fun street truck. It is a 48 f1, I am putting my p pump 24v out of my superduty in it. My question is what transmission does everyone recommend? I am thinking a 47rh or 48re and running a manual body on it. Just looking for input. Looking to make it more of a drag truck that is still able to be driven some on the street to have fun.

SunCoast 48re. Manual valve body and PCS controller so you can manually control your converter or not.

Ok what's better about the 48 compared to the 47, like are
They stronger and more reliable in high
