Alright I've got the torqueshift transmission is my 6.0. I'm at about 28k in miles. I called the dealership that I bought my truck from to get a cost to have the fluid and filters changed in my truck. I talked to 2 different service advisors and both said all they ever do is flush the tran for the 30k service. I asked twice if they changed the filters and they said no. I asked how much it would be to change the fluid and the filters and they said they would have to work out a qoute and call me back.:bang
I then called a nearby dealer and ask the same questions. They said you can't flush the torqueshift transmission due to a regulator or something and that you had to change the filters. Cost $225.
Which dealer is right? I normally do all of my fluid changes but not on trans.
