Transmission to T case question

Got a 5R110 torqueshift hooked up to the ESOF transfer case ford has in the Superduty's. question is this.. WHAT do i need to do to the T case (input wise) to make it work with a NV4500 or 5600 transmission?

I'm doing a cummins swap and would like to go manual tranny, but retain my Shift of fly 4x4.. anyone know? or point me in direction to get an answer?

I am in the process of converting my NP273F to fit a 47RE and all I had to do was get a new input shaft and seal from transfer case express. You just need to make sure the bolt holes line up. Call them up and tell them what you are doing and they can hook you up. FYI these transfer cases can be a PITA to get appart I had to use a come along and two trees and some bailing wire to split mine.
