Truck died

Hey guys I've got a question about my '04 F-250 6.0 .Leaving work today I was rolling along at about 45-50mph when the engine just shut off. I pulled over and stopped and tried to restart. Fired right up like normal and ran fine all the way home. Any ideas what might have caused this? No engine mods or tuners on this truck.

Wire chaffing probably...There is a tsb about it. I had an 04 that did that too.
