First post here on Comp D, heard you guys are pretty brutal so I can only hope for the best Lol. First off ill start with the mods done to the truck.
P Pumped 24v with a 180 Pump, did the washer mod on the AFC, installed the "DDP High Performance Delivery Valves", timing set to 25*, 4K GSK, Fuel Plate removed. Hamilton 188/220 Cam. .93 Fuel Lines. DAP 220HP Inj (8x.011) Set at VP Pop Pressure. S362 (II PhatShaft 62) over a S475. Valairs Triple Disk street clutch. Studs, Valve Springs, basically all the supporting mods.

The truck makes 75psi of boost and runs at about 1500deg at WOT.

The truck ran 14.651 w/ a 2.1 60ft @ 93.34 MPH.

I dynod the truck after making that pass and it made 440WHP.. According to the guy who ran the truck on the dyno it made 55-60psi. When the truck came off of the dyno the fuel pump was toast and on the drive home my clutch started slipping horribly to the point where I had to upgrade to the triple disk.

I guess my question is would you guys think the truck makes more WHP? Is there anything about my set up you would change? I love the truck and it pulls hard but I feel like theres way more potential. At WOT the truck is clean as a whistle, but it runs fairly hot. Maybe a different set of nozzles? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Something is not right. Since your fuel pump died, I would suspect that. Put a good fuel pump on and keep it at 50 psi, regulated on the return.

Im honestly not too sure on what the specific dyno was. I was at an XDP event and put the truck on. I am almost positive is was an Inertia Dyno. I have a Tork Technology OFV. Would you guys think the that raptor 150 is enough to fuel the pump or should I look into an upgraded pump. When I PPumped the truck I did some research and the information I came across at the time stated that it would be fine to run the injectors at the VP pop pressures. I have been kicking the around the idea of swapping them out. What inn would you guys suggest for my set up?

The VP pop pressures isn't whats hurting you. The higher pressure will help it clean up the smoke a bit, especially at idle. I run my 12v injectors much closer to VP pressures for that reason.

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? I had a FASS 95 gph and it kept up with my 215 pump, but not at all with my 13mm. If your airdog isn't rated for the pressure, then that will hurt you a bit.

I'd look at scaling back your fueling to help troubleshoot. 181 dv's and a smaller 7 hole injector should still be more than enough fuel for your current power level. Double check your timing. A timing light will help here to pinpoint if your lift was correct for the pump.

Well, your dyno results match up pretty decent with your trap (what I'd go by with a manual).

I'd definitely make sure you're getting enough fuel pressure. Those injectors are HUGE for that setup. I bet that's most of your issue is low pressure fuel. You should definitely be able to make more power than 440, and a lot more. You might even want to just go with the 62 and take the 75 off to limit variables while dialing the pump in more if you can easily revert back to a single.

Thanks for all the input guys I really appreciate it. I did some 6th gear WOT runs and this is what everything read.
Overall boost: 73-75
Exhaust back pressure: 80-85
S475 boost: 24-25
EGT's were right below 1500
Fuel pressure 55-60 at idle, dropped down to 45 at WOT

I'm starting to think that the fuel pump had to have been dead on the dyno. I'm going to try to find a guy around NJ with a good loaded dyno that I can get the truck on.

Also, I will be going to the track tonight with the new triple disk clutch and the 3.73s, hopefully it will be quicker. I'll report back with results.

You should be just fine at 45psi. Are you still on stock delivery valves (DVs)? That could be a bottle neck. I'd think you could make more than 440hp with the stock ones, but I'm not sure what else is on the list and easy.

torque concerter? Tranny? Fuel?
You have to have a drivetrain thats beefed to put the power to the pavement

Obviously its not a boost issue.

He has DDP dv's. 181's would be fine for that power anyway, I did over 500 with 181's and 5x14s.
