Truck still misses and shudders

Awhile back I changed my icp sensor, pigtail, check valves and changed the oil.
The icp worked i no longer threw codes and hot starts were great. I changed the pass side check valve 1st and it got rid of the shudder at low throttle w/ the converter locked or lugging it in other gears but I had a slight miss at wot. I changed the driver side check valve a couple days later and the miss was a lil worse to where it would miss at 2/3+ throttle and along with the shudder my rough idle returned.
Its not throwing a light or code that my scanner will pull. I thought injector but while driving I have zero white smoke besides on a cold start, its clean unless you realy get on it and then its the usual black. Any ideas on what to check or look for? The truck starts right up everytime now. I just want to get it figured out because the shudder is annoying and i need it back to normal so I can start hauling with it again.

I'll bet its possibly electrical failure on a injector. When mine went I had no smoke besides a little at start up. But I'v been been wrong before.

You check your fuel pump? When my pump started to die out it did exactly what you're talking about. Then it gradually went to where it wouldn't even start while hot.

Changed the pump out and it was fine ever since.

My fuel pump is fine i have a fp gauge and its at 58-60 and will pull down a lil bit on a long hard run but fp is normal when the truck shudders and crap.
Ford replaced my motor, fuel system and 6 injectors about 20k miles ago.
I guess one of the 2 old injectors could be bad or both but before I put in the check valves the mechanic at work used his genysis and ran all the diagnostic tests he could, the contirbution and koer i think he said. Nothing ever popped up. I can have him try again but doubt it will pull anything now if it didnt before.

How did you find out which injector was out when the electronics on it gave up?

I have averaged a dropped injector every 4500 miles. So everyone change I've had to replace atleast one injector lmao.

Injectors will give you the same things you're talking about. Have you checked them out? Make sure to do a buzz test and to then visually inspect each pigtail and what not to make sure they are ok?

I wish I could say that Ford's quality was great but I can't from my experiences haha. Maybe you got a few bad injectors but I think they would throw some codes.

I can change injectors myself but i hate to tear it apart not knowing if im gonna fix it or not. Wish I could just know which one or how many to change and do it all at once if it is an injector problem. I just dont know much about the scanners and how effective they are finding problem injectors. I could probably borrow the mechanics over the weekend but if he cant find anything after a cyl. contribution test and stuff I doubt I could find anything more.

The new icp sensor and check valves helped but it didnt cure it completely. About a month and a 1/2 ago it finally threw an injector code and once i replaced that injector the truck is back to 100%. I just dont see why it took it so long to throw a code when it ran like crap for a long time

Ya the new check valves didn't solve my problem either.
