got a 2000 dodge with an air dog 150gph lift pump. Worked fine this morning a went to go out the drive way looked over at my gauge and said 0psi. though it was mabey the sending unit sensor so i drove bout 10 mi. turned the truck off went to eat lunch for an hour came back out turned the key to pre start position and the lift pump dosent kick on. So drive it about another mile 5mi truck still running fine. Then turn truck off again look around at the lift pump and all is still connected. bump start the truck to try and reset the pump. Still nothing and 0 psi. Any body got any ideas of what could be wrong. The truck still running and the pumps only about 2yrs old. and replace injector pump with the lift pump. The sending unit is before the injecton pump so its nothing with that i dont think.

Did you incorporate a fuse into your wiring when you wired up the lift pump? I would check that, then get a test light and start hitting hot wires with the key turned On to make sure your getting power everywhere its supposed to be.

My Fuelab gets temper-mental every once in a while and decides to blow a fuse.
