truck wont start need help

just did the motor swap took out the old 53 block. truck ran just fine block was just split. so got a new motor in it. when i got to turn the key the dash light just flicker a lot. cant hear the lift pump try and turn on at all. it wont even crank. checked all the fuses and grounds everything was just like it was before but will not start. what can it be?

check the big plug-in at the fuse block. Take it loose and retighten it. Also check the 2 small 13mm and 10mm on there.
