Truck won't start

Ok, I'm trying to wrap up my twin turbo project and for the last couple days I haven't been able to get the truck to start. Over the course of this project, I pulled the head, installed a new headgasket, installed ARP headstuds, and installed the twins as well as injectors and adjusting the valves.

-I have fuel at all 6 cylinders
-I have had this problem with 2 sets of injectors (RV275's and lightening II's)
-I had 1 transfer tube with a damaged tip (I don't know how that happened) but that has been replaced with a new one.
-All the lines have been pulled off and cleaned.
-I have checked and rechecked all electronic connections.

Other issues that I'm having that accompany this are...
-The Fuel pump circuit is no longer coming on with the key. The relay is good, I have power to the ECM, the relay and wiring for the fass is good, it just doesn't work with the key.
-And the FASS occasionally sounds like its sucking air.

I'm at a total loss, a diesel needs fuel, air and compression to run right? Are the turbos too much restriction (I wouldn't think so, because twins are pretty common). How can I check compression on my engine? Internally everything looked beautiful with zero carbon build up.

Any thoughts or insight would be great. I'm going to go re-check my valves and see if those are all good still.
The FASS also occasionally sounds like it is sucking air.
Thanks guys. This one just has me completely stumped.

my fass sounded like that too, not sure why. One the you might try is getting a can of contact cleaner. It's like ether but not as harmful. With the intake horn off crank the motor over and spray it in there. It will run of the cleaner. Might have a air pocket in the pump. Either that or when you set the valves you wasnt at TDC. That would be my next thing to check. TDC and re-run the valves. Good Luck

My fass has the same sound but its because my pipe-up tube has rust on the top of the sending unit and allows it to lose prime and leaks fuel. Did u put a thicker head gasket on? The weird thing about my truck when i had this problem to try to start it was i had stuffed the intercooler openings with paper towels so nothing would go in it but when i took them out i missed one. so after trying to start it there was a paper towel caught on my grid heater and was suffocating the engine.... check to make sure there are no restrictions of air going from the compressor discharge all the way to the intake... Mine was reall real white heavy smoke when it wouldnt fire up.

I know you have checked your electronic connections, but recheck the large data bus connectors on the cowl right above the motor. They are the ones with the cam locking deal on them. Had the same issues with my truck after pulling the head and that's what it wound up being.

I've had that problem before too. I will re-check them though and see.

As for contact cleaner, starting fluid, or ether. If I just disconnect the ground on the grid heater so it won't cycle, that shouldn't be an issue should it, or should I try the grid heater delete.

As for the Valves and TDC, I was kind of thinking something along those lines. I used the marks on the pump gear to try and get this lined up correctly. Is this a viable method or should I try doing it another way.
Thanks,
Sean

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I had looked at that thing a couple of times and it looked right. However I had the cam lock flipped the wrong way and it wasn't connected properly.
