trying 24v need lots info

just got a 98 24v don't know much about it yet or what combination of chips would be best doesn't have near the throttle response of my 97 12 v or the power running a super chip right now cause thats what came with it any info on the 24 v would be greatly appreciated!
 
Do you have gauges, if not you need a F/P gauge, like now. If you have bad throttle response you could have low F/P. F/P is the achiles heal of these trucks. Get that checked, then worry about adding power. You don't want to kill your I/P, they are very expensive.
 
thats good advice, throttle response will be hard to match a 12v but with the adrenaline or the drag comp/smarty stack will get you close. there is nothing like mechanical fueling though. there are alot of options and i have tried just about every progammer/box besides a redline and have absolutely fallen in love with my adrenaline. the drag comp is pretty good too and there will be alot of them for sale now that the adrenaline came out. check out the injector options we have that the 12v guys didnt, you will be overwhelmed. im sure you will learn to love your 24v and remember the search button is your friend. feel free to pm me or post here about all the quirks, i have experienced ALOT of them.
