ts performance mvp question

Does anyone know of anybody that can do custom tunes on a ts performance mvp, or are you even able to do custom tunes on these???

I called ts and they say no you can not do custom tunes. I wanted to lower when mine fuels it would kick in around 10 pounds of boost. I wanted to lower that to around 5 pounds but no luck.
