Yep, injector cups are a common problem with the 7.3's.
Rosewood diesel sells a kit with a puller and driver and can supply you with a new set of cups and the correct loctite if you want to DIY. Might as well do the glow plugs while you are in there also.

As long as you are aware of the normalitys of wrenching on 7.3's then yes. its no harder than to R&R a set of injectors as long as you have the tools nessary for the job.

Also if you need injector cups and the tools I saw an ad on another forum where a guy is selling "an original set of unused tools and 8 injector cups. $270 shipped to your door. Paypal preferred.'' havent been here very long so not sure what the rules are on linking to other forums and such so I didnt, but this seems like a fair deal to me, and kit is from a reputable injector builder. Oh and welcome!
