The TTTPA Sled Pull www.tttpa.com is on for Sat. Oct 18th.

The gates, according to the track, will be open all day with the tech around 5:00pm and the pull starting about 7:00pm.

According to David, president of tttpa, the fees are $30 for pullers that gives you 2 pit passes and $20 to pull in the class. There should be a local pulling class for those not wanting to compete (not sure of the fees).

yup took off for this one, will be there with little red. Hope a bunch of folks show up.....

hey now you act like like I set out to blow up stuff, well some times:nos::hehe:....my little red truck has proven to be very tuff with the current motor.

Justin as far as baytown goes, probly won't make it unless it rains here in Angelo. But there is a chance of rain this weekend so we will see....
 
Project Underdog will be there. We need to get some more testing and tuning done. As it stands right now, I think we are missing Baytown, but Boyd is looking pretty good. I just need to make sure and get the loops done.
 
Hey buck i am moving up there in the next week or so to go back to work at the mechanic shop i worked at when i was in college. Ill give you a holler and see about getting you some money.
 
I think we are going to try and make it to the boyd pull. Just as long as nothing breaks in baytown.
 
Yah holler at me I usually get in town around 7:00p.m

would be cool if ya make it to boyd, we need more local diesels to show...
 
Sled Pull Update:

Spoke with David today, here is a update: 10/08/08

Spectator Gate fee: $12
Competitor Gate fee: $30 (includes 2 pit passes)

There is a $800 Payout to the Top 7 Places in the 4x4 Diesel Pick Up Class. $20 Hook fee (be sure to check out the rules for this class). http://tttpa.com/storm.cfm?funnelaction=2115

At the end of the night there will also be a Run What Ya Brung "Local Class" up to 8500lbs (no rules). This is for Bragg'n Rights only, no payout. Hook fee is $35 plus spectator gate fee.

i don't want to do the mods that my truck would need to compete. that sucks, this one is close to the house.
 
Loops and shields will be done by then. So, we will be there. Cannot wait to hit the track again
 
hey mike I usually pull in the run wut brung afterwards, also you get a one time waver on your first pull.....for the class...

Yea will be there were not bringing a truck but were finishing up or 4020 jd hot farm smoker and will be there with it
