Tug of war

you could have won easily,...traction is what killed you.

Next time,..air down your tires to about 10 psi,...try not to spin the tires,...and you kill him.

Also,...it looks like he sits about an inch or two higher that you in the rear,....that is another thing destroying your chances,...

If the pull points aren't exactly the same height,...the person who sits a little higher has the advantage.

I'm also a 5-speed. He's auto. I'm running ~35psi hot all around. He was about 2" higher at the rear as well. He has some mods as well, he's running without a plate or afc, intake, exhaust. I'm running 0plate, 3k gsk, afc loose with the washer/diaphram inversion mod, BHAF, 4" exhaust. I wasn't even working the engine. I tried 3rd and 4th 4-low, and was reving higher than I should (spinning ~3,4k). I do not have the 60lb springs, so I was getting worried. It was fun, I lost every single pull, but it happens.

Its all in the technique, I've seen toyota trucks out pull fullsize trucks all night long because people couldnt drive or understand the concept.
